COMPLETE HOME INPECTIONS is a registered candidate member of and subscribes to the standards of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

They are the recognized professional organizations for Real Estate Inspectors in California. CREIA requires that member companies provide knowledgeable inspection services; and mandate a strict code of ethics to assure the public that a member's service is without conflicting interests.

Thus, COMPLETE HOME INPECTIONS will not knowingly fail to report significant maintenance items nor violate the confidentiality of our clients. Our standards of inspection include "accepted practice for comparable age and quality" with respect to design features, material quality workmanship, and wear and tear.

Cost estimates can be provided as a guideline to be confirmed by quotes from qualified contractors.

Brad Kirstein, owner of COMPLETE HOME INSPECTIONS, has more than twenty years experience in the construction industry with experience inspecting homes since 1985.

He holds Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, and has been registered as a California Licensed General Contractor.
